How do I pay with paypal after the order has been placed?
If you have already placed an other with Jeepney and selected Paypal as your method of payment and didn't pay right away.
You can log into the site by clicking on "my account / order status" at the top of the website.
Search for your order and click on the "pay via paypal" button.
This button will take you to the paypal website in order to pay and will assign the payment to your order.
How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
- -must not be a special order or a custom order
- -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

How do I use a coupon code?
If you have a coupon code, make sure to either write down or copy and paste the exact code as it is presented to you. Codes are case-sensitive, and need to be exactly as the are provided to work properly. After you have placed the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, hit the checkout button. Directly beneath the section that shows the items you are going to purchase, there is a small box that says "enter coupon code here." Make sure you put your exact code in, and after putting in your billing information you will be brought to a purchase summary page that asks you to confirm if you still wish to purchase. You should see in that summary a line that reads "discount" and will show how much you are saving based on the code and the percent off that it was intended to give you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Jeepney Clothing ships globally to all locations. All orders outside the United States must be shipped via UPS Expedited or USPS. In the checkout window after filling in your shipping information including address, name and contact, you will be brought to a screen which displays the shipping rate to your location based on the weight, quantity and size of your order. Make sure to check out all options. Based on your location, the price for shipping can greatly differ based on which shipping company you choose to use. We take care of all the custom paperwork and overseas procedures, so there is no extra effort needed for international orders to be places. The same applies for anyone purchasing from a military APO, FPO or base address.
